How to play DFS in VA

To start playing VA daily fantasy sports you must first pick a platform and register. There are currently four major operators in Virginia DFS: FanDuel, DraftKings, Yahoo and Fantasy Draft. To sign up to any of the platforms you may visit their websites and click on the ‘SIGN UP’ button on the home page.

Virginia DFS can be played via mobile app at two of the operators; FanDuel and DraftKings. The apps are available on both iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded for free from the app stores. The apps may require users to activate geo-location software in order to ensure users are within state boundaries.

The same contests and competitions available via desktop can be entered through the Virginia DFS apps. Deposits and withdrawals can be made through the app at any time. You may also set notifications on for the app which will alert you when your contest updates.
