1. An independent publisher, not an operator

Bet-VA is published by Qasrelle New Media FZ-LLC, Building 3, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The site writes about sports betting, online and land-based casinos, horse racing, daily fantasy sports and the lottery for readers in Virginia. It is not a betting operator and does not act for one. It takes no bets, keeps no player funds, runs no games and has no gambling licence of its own, because it offers no gambling. When a page refers to a licence, that licence is held by the operator named on the page, not by Bet-VA.
